My boyfriend, Matt, is a supervisor for the construction company that he's worked at for five years. This down-to-earth, Italian boy is the perfect combination to my home-grown, dreamer self. He prefers to spend most of his time outside working on different projects, like cars or the house, and can't sit still for two seconds without having something to do.
We are both obsessed with cooking, and have "gourmet" dinners at least five times per week. We enjoy entertaining and often our friends are our guinea pigs for trying out a new recipe. Cooking is a very fluid dance for us even though our kitchen is often demolished in the process. We have often talked about opening our own restaurant in the later future as Matt is great with main dishes, and I am the queen of sides and desserts.
