BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Our new secret weapon...or maybe not so secret.

2 1/2 lbs pork roast (we actually doubled the recipe)
14 oz BBQ sauce of your choice
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 medium onion, chopped

Place the pork roast in the slow cooker with an inch or two of water in the bottom. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours or on high for 5-6 (we did on high for 6 hours).
Remove roast and place it on a plate, use two forks to pull apart the meat into shredded pieces.
Pour out the liquid in the slow cooker and return shredded meat. Combine remaining ingredients with meat.
Cook on high for 2 hours.
Now.....EAT!!!
